I graduated from the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences as an agricultural engineer, specializing in plant protection. I currently work for the Hungarian Research Institute for Organic Agriculture. I participate in on-site soil tests and on-farm research. I also worked briefly in the public administration, as a phytosanitary inspector in export-import and domestic inspections. Returning to research work, for many years I did R&D work for companies marketing crop improvement materials (soil microbes as biofertilizer), ranging from laboratory product development to national field trials. Cooperation with farmers has always been part of my work.
