Phito at the EU Common Agriculture Policy Conference
Phito is on the move, again! This time, to Hamburg, Germany, where Phito was represented by Ciprian at the EU CAP conference. Read a short update on what we did there.
Hamburg, 19-21 May 2026; Our project traveled to one of the most influential Network on European Agriculture (EU CAP). We had Ciprian and Paolo representing us:
“The Phito app, as a useful tool in enhancing farm management will create real opportunities for better water management. Water resilience has become a growing concern in European agriculture. The EU CAP Network conference ‘Water resilience in agriculture: innovation in practice’ shared and promoted innovative solutions that can strengthen water resilience in EU agriculture and forestry. The event created opportunities for discussion, learning, and sharing the results from innovative projects and initiatives among farmers, foresters, researchers focusing on water resilience, agricultural advisors, education professionals and many more.”
What is the The EU Common Agricultural Policy (the EU CAP) Network?
The EU CAP Network brings together farmers, researchers, and advisors from across Europe to share practical solutions to shared, local, regional and EU-wide challenges. The EU CAP’s conference on water resilience highlighted real innovations already being tested in the field, such as smarter irrigation, or soil management practices that retain moisture during dry spells.
By staying connected to these networks and their findings, Phito can be bringing the most relevant, field-tested insights directly to small and medium farmers. It’s the Phito App that can help them make better decisions about water use, land management and many more, every day.
