Where has all the water gone? We were here in February, being impressed with wide, open landscapes full of ice and snow. Arriving in the Moldavian plateau some months later, and most of the water is gone after a long and dry summer.
On our hike, alongside our horse and cart, we have seen the most typical and unique villages and views, showing how this water used to be managed in the past – is that something to learn from?
