In the first Phito Radio show we follow the common swifts to land on El Montana de los Santos in Valencia, Spain. Together with our guests we beat the heat in the Phito Van, while discussing the soils of the area, the challenges in farming, and the beautiful local products like Horchata (tiger nut milk) and Monastrell wine.

Guests on this show are Cristina Martinez (CACV Spain), Mara Zenebe (Wageningen University and Research), Hans Bakker (SmartFarming), Stephan Mantel (ISRIC, Soil Museum in Wageningen), Prof. Luuk Fleskens (WUR) and students from Wageningen University: Christopher, Lianne, Aniek, Anniek and Xira.
